End-User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using any applications ("Apps") operated by Unicorn Games LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
By clicking "I Agree", downloading, or using our Apps, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Unicorn Games LLC and it governs your use of the Apps made available to you by Unicorn Games LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Apps provided by Unicorn Games LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.
2. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Apps.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Apps.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the Apps.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved and retained by the Company or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Our Apps may include optional in-game items or subscriptions. All purchases are handled securely through verified payment gateways.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
7. Governing Law
The laws of Nebraska, United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Apps.
Legal Entity, Regulatory Compliance & Dispute Resolution
Unicorn Games Platform operates as an international digital gaming publication and interactive web application service developed by Unicorn Games LLC and Unicorn Games MB. All software, game rule documentation, editorial strategy guides, and browser interactive components delivered through unicorn.games conform to EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation EU 2016/679), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), and international digital services consumer fair-dealing conventions.
All interactive games are delivered purely in client-side HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and JavaScript without requiring binary downloads, administrative device privileges, or local root installations. Game state integrity, leaderboard scoring, and anti-tampering verification follow open fair-play standards. In the event of any query, clarification, or dispute arising under these terms, users are invited to contact the administrative team directly at g@unicorn.games for immediate good-faith resolution prior to formal regulatory or arbitral proceedings.
