4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved and retained by the Company or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights and ownership of your content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our Apps may include in-app purchases or subscription services billed on a recurring basis. You are responsible for managing your purchases and subscriptions.

7. Limitation of Liability & No Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
